Generation WOW Mentee Application
  • Generation WOW Mentee Application

    2025-2026
  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentee with the Generation WOW Mentorship Program!

We are looking for bright, curious, and motivated high school girls who are open to learning, growing, and building meaningful connections with women leaders in their community.

As a mentee, you’ll be thoughtfully matched with a professional woman based on shared interests, hobbies, or goals. Your mentor will serve as a source of encouragement, support, and wisdom as you navigate high school and prepare for your future. This is your chance to ask questions, share your dreams, and gain real-world insight from someone who wants to see you succeed.

By showing up with curiosity, commitment, and openness, you’ll take an exciting step forward in your personal growth and leadership journey—and have a lot of fun along the way. We’re thrilled to invite you into this powerful community of support, connection, and inspiration.

Before completing this application, please read the following requirements to ensure this program is the right fit for you:

    Mentee Requirements:

    1. Complete the Mentee Application
    2. Watch a Mandatory Training Video

    Once Accepted:

    1. Complete an Introductory Phone Call with your mentor within the first two weeks of being matched
    2. Connect at Least Once Per Quarter (text, email, call, in-person meeting, etc)
    3. Participate in the Annual Mentor Walk and the Generation WOW Event or at least two in-person meetings with your mentor during the 25-26 school year
    4. Complete Monthly Feedback Forms to help us support your match and track progress

Again, thank you so much for participating with us. We are so excited for what's in store for the 2025-2026 Generation WOW Mentorship Program!
