Please note that our team does not actively recruit new agents. We only interview people who want to work with a dynamic high producing team. Our team is great for new agents and experienced agents. We have a tier system for commission splits that you will be able to view during our first interview. Culture and production are above everything else. If you choose to fill out this form you are choosing to work hard and be a team player. Although every field is not required, we highly recommend filling out this form in detail.
