    • Terms and Conditions: Accounts may be charged an additional 10% after every 7 days and referred to Debt Recovery Agency after 60 days. Title to Materials, Equipment and Services shall remain vested in CCAR Services and shall not pass to the Buyer/Receiver until the purchase price has been paid in full and received by CCAR. (AND) Until title passes: CCAR shall have the authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of Materials/Equipment; CCAR and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice enter upon any property upon which Materials/Equipment or any part are stored, or upon which CCAR reasonably believes them to be kept in order to recover lost expenses or property, And, {the Buyer} shall Insure the Materials/Equipment to their full replacement value, and arrange for CCAR to be noted on the policy of insurance as the loss payee OR agrees to purchase or replace and return any untitled materials or equipment at no further cost to CCAR. Payment is not subject to successful insurance claims.


      Payment terms: Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. If your company's payment schedule falls outside of the due date, please advise when payment will be made to avoid late notices and possible revocation of invoicing privileges with CCAR Services.

      Quotes: We do not quote jobs as each job is different. Depending on the issues identified, different amounts of time are required to fault-find and service equipment. If parts are required to repair your appliance, we can quote the cost of the parts and give an estimate of the time required after the diagnosis is performed. Time is an estimate only and may take longer. If less time is needed, you will only be charged for the time taken. The time to diagnose and repair the appliance is charged at the standard rate of $180 per hour, ex GST, in 15-minute blocks.


      Booking Times: We are facing extended wait times due to a shortage of Technicians.
      Faults and repairs face a 6-8 week wait time, with priority given to non-operational equipment. For urgent bookings, please check call-out fees before booking.
      Services will be booked for the following quarter to allow us to attend to urgent repairs and faults. Please make sure to book all equipment services in advance to avoid delays.
