Each team needs a scorecard and your logo and information will be on every one.
We want every hole to be FUN! Feel free to bring music, games, food, drinks (talk to Angie if you want to have alcohol - only allowed at FOUR holes), a raffle, etc. The more interactive and fun your hole is, the longer the players will want to hang out and better you CONNECT with them! PLAYERS WILL VOTE ON BEST HOLE. WINNER WINS A FREE HOLE SPONSORSHIP FOR 2027 TOURNAMENT!

Golf Course Personnel will hold a Putting Contest for during registration from 9am - 9:50am. Set up a table with your company info if you’d like. Come to the lunch/happy hour after the tournament and announce the winner of the contest. Present them with a prize of your choice.
DJ will be at the lunch/happy hour after the tournament. You will have signage on the DJ Table. EXTRA CREDIT: Want our super cool DJ to wear your company merch? Supply a t-shirt and/or hat and he‘ll sport it!
This will be the talk of the tournament! Sponsor will have prominent signage near the hecklers - who will give the golfers a hard time at one of the holes.
Hanging signs with your company logo/info will be zip-tied to all 72 golf carts in the tournament. Everyone will see them all day long.
After golf we have more food and a celebrate with a happy hour. You’ll have signage at the Happy Hour, If you book this sponsorship before August 1st the bar napkins will be imprinted with your company logo. Cheers!
After the tournament, everyone meet for dinner while the raffle winners and tournament winners are announced. Centerpieces will have your logo and information on them. Sponsor can set up a table in the room if they want, and they will get a Facebook Ad in Coldwell Banker West’s Private Facebook Group.
All 144 of the golfers get a t-shirt at registration. Sponsor's logo will be imprinted on the sleeve of the tournament shirt if paid for by August 15.
