1. SERVICES PROVIDED
The Travel Agent agrees to provide customized, fully independent travel options based on the Client’s preferences, which may include but not be limited to:
• Destination options and suggested itinerary
• Accommodation options
• Transportation and transfers options
• Activity, dining and sightseeing options
• Hidden gems and unique discovery options
• General travel, crowd avoidance and packing tips specific to the destination(s)
2. SERVICE FEES
The Client agrees to pay the Travel Agent a non-refundable fee of $150 for the research of international personalized travel options or $75 for domestic US options. Payment is due upon signing this Agreement, preferred via Venmo or Zelle. Research begins after payment and initial recommendations will typically be provided within one week unless otherwise discussed.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
With the Research & Recommendation option, the Travel Agent provides planning and advisory services only. The Travel Agent does not make bookings or reservations on behalf of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing with a Purchase Authorization. The Client is responsible for all final travel decisions, booking and paying for all travel components. It is ultimately the Client's responsibility to ensure all international travel requirements are met for the desired destination.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Travel Agent is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation services, or tour operators. The Client acknowledges that the Travel Agent is not liable for any travel disruptions, cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Trip insurance will be offered and is highly recommended to protect your travel investment from covered losses.
5. CHANGES AND REVISIONS
The Client may request one revision to the travel recommendations after receiving the initial suggestions. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee. Please note that all recommendations are subject to availability and price changes until booking.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
As this is a service-based agreement, all payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
8. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
