  • Notice: Elevator Use & Required Posting of Signs

    If you select the elevator option on this form, you will receive a sign via email after submission. You must follow the instructions on the sign by posting it throughout the building at least two days (48 hours) prior to your move.

     
    Posting Requirements:

    • Place the notice in the plastic holders at ALL FIVE elevator entrances (4th floor down to the garage lobby).

    •Ensure the notice is posted at least 48 hours in advance of your move.

     
    This helps inform other residents and ensures smooth coordination. Thank you for your cooperation!

  • ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS

    The elevator control box will be behind the moving pads on the same wall where the floor request buttons are.


    1. In the control box locate switch in upper right corner labeled “SERVICE.”
    2. Turn toggle switch to “ON” – elevator will now only respond by using the floor request
    buttons inside the elevator. Elevator will not respond to residents calling for the
    elevator.
    3. When finished using the elevator, turn toggle switch to “OFF”.
    Please be considerate of residents. Turn toggle switch to “OFF” once you have unloaded the elevator and are moving items into your unit.

    Doing this allows non-authorized persons to walk in the building without being
    accompanied by a resident. This poses a security threat and is not permitted.

  • ELEVATOR INSTRUCTIONS

    1) Accumulate many of your items in the elevator lobby area.
    2) Go into the elevator and find the control panel that is behind moving pads
    where the floor request buttons are.
    3) Insert key into cylinder labeled “stop run.” Turn the key. This will hold
    the doors open.
    4) Load your items from the lobby into the elevator.
    5) Take the key out of the cylinder and go to the necessary floor.
    6) Insert the key, turn it again, and unload the elevator. Put your items in the
    lobby area.
    7) Take the key out of the cylinder so that other residents can use the
    elevator and move your items to your unit or vehicle.
    You are responsible to return the elevator key to the drop box located in the parking
    garage at ECII (marked with orange tape.)

     

    Eastwood Commons II is a secured building. PLEASE DO NOT PROP
    THE DOORS OPEN AND LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED. Doing this

    the recycle bin in the trash house
    • No items should be left in the trash house other than what goes in
    the bin. Please ask management what to do with items you do not
    want, but that are not approved for our trash or recycle bins.
    Fees are paid to haul any items left outside the bins.

    THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW REGARDING THE MOVE:


    1. Eastwood Commons charges a move in fee of $300.00. This will be charged to your Association account when
    you return this form prior to your move date. For details relating to this and the partial refund see Section 3.8
    Moving Fee in the Rules and Regulations.
    2. Only the parking lot main entrance should be used for moves.
    3. The main entrance doors MAY NOT be propped open and left unattended for security reasons. Movers are not
    permitted to do this either.
    4. Patio entrances may not be used for moves (for units on the 1st floor).
    5. Elevator should be used for floors 2-4 (no stairwells). The pads must be up in the elevator car in order to protect
    it from damage and the service button must be used to avoid the elevator car from shutting down. (holding or
    blocking the doors open can cause the elevator to malfunction).
    6. You may only use the padded elevator.
    7. Moves may only take place Monday-Friday, from 9am - 5pm. Moves on

    Saturdays must be arranged with permission from the Board of Directors.

    SUNDAY MOVES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

    The homeowners, movers they employ, or others assisting in the move are obligated to use the service button.

    Any service calls to the elevator company or related service will be billed back to the homeowner.

    Procedures for Moves In and Out of Building


    1. Notify Full Circle Property Management at least two weeks prior to all moves to secure a moving date. A moving fee of $125 will be assessed to your account (and made payable to your community, Eastwood Commons II) after you complete this form. Violations of moving procedures may result in $100 fines per violation, made payable to your community, Eastwood Commons II.


    *Saturday moves must have Board approval. No moves are allowed on Sunday. 


    2. Schedule a time with a Board member to pick up an elevator key and elevator pads. The Board can be reached at: EastwoodCommons2Board@gmail.com


    3. Elevator Signs or 1st Floor Move Signs must be placed in the plastic holders next to the elevator on all 4 floors of the building and the parking garage 48 hours prior to all moves. All moves must be made through the front lobby of the building.

    *If Unit is an authorized rental, investment owners are responsible to ensure
    these steps are taken on behalf of their tenant(s).

    4. Fill out and send back the registration form for yourself AND your tenants (if applicable) before moving IN to the building. Confirm you have no outstanding fees or dues before moving OUT of the building.


    5. Please read the Rules and Regulations and make sure you understand them completely. Also, if you are using professional movers for your move, make sure to give them a copy of ARTICLE XII Moving In or Out of Building.

    ECII is a secure building, so please avoid leaving the main doors propped open and unattended.


    6. Elevator pads and elevator signs are to be taken down and put away after all moves. Elevator pads are required before moving any large, bulky items in the elevator. If elevator pads are not used, damage fees may be applicable. The elevator MUST be used for all moves. Residents are not permitted to use the stairwell.

    7. If you plan on having new furniture delivered after you have moved into your unit you will need to get the elevator key and elevator pads again. Elevator signs will need to be posted 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

    If you are a first-floor unit owner, 1st Floor Move-In Signs will need to be posted 48 hours prior to delivery date.

    8. When using the MIRCOM call box in the front lobby you must add a ZERO before your code to access the building. Please understand that under no circumstances is your code to be given out to anyone. Your code will be updated on the MIRCOM panel 3-5 days after the registration packet has been completed and provided
    to management.

    9. All packing/moving boxes and other boxes must be broken down before placing them in the recycle dumpster.

    10. If you plan to hire a contractor to do any interior work prior or after moving in or out of the unit, please notify Full Circle Property Management and fill out a Modify/Remodel Application and please familiarize yourself with the Rules and Regulations, ARTICLE XI Remodeling or Construction Work. The unit owner is responsible for any damage caused to the common areas and for making sure all related clean-up and for the actions of the contracting company. Some of the same rules will apply such as putting up the elevator pads, elevator key, and elevator signs etc.


    11. All residents, including renters, need to register with the Association prior to move-in by submitting their Owner Registration Form www.fullcirclevt.com/owner
