    Dear Valued Customer,

    Please be concerned these information as following:

    1. Since the new policy of PayPal in Thailand, we have to stop receiving the payment via PayPal. Besides, you can pay by Cash.

    • Cash payment - We request customer to leave cash in advance. Kindly leave the money into the envelop and put it inside the bag of your clothes. We will email the bill to you after our team collect and check the exactly wight of your clothes. If there's some change for the charge, we will return it together with your clothes when deliver the clothes back to customer.

    2. We DO NOT have IRON-PRESSING and Dry-Cleaning service.

  • PLEASE READ TERMS OF THE SERVICE CAREFULLY AS BELOW: (Click to read more Terms&Conditions)

    1. The shop CANNOT be held responsible for any damage or losses resulting from the cleaning process - tear, split of seam, losses of buttons / sequins / pins / jewelry, elastic damage, fading of colors, color-bleeding, shrinkage, pleated fabric damage, items left in pockets or leather items damage.

    2. Our service DO NOT INCLUDE STAIN REMOVAL and IRON PRESSING service.

    3. Our standard for washing separation – light and dark color will be washed separately each loads. (Your white clothing will be washed together with the light color clothing.) However, customers who prefer to separate your clothes for washing more than 2 kind of colors or separate more than 2 loads washing such as 1) Light color 2) Dark color 3) White color, the extra charge +50THB/Load will be applied automatically to your billing for the 3rd load onward.

    4. Wash-Dry-Fold SAME DAY service will deliver clean clothes back to customer's place before 23:00.

    5. Every orders will have extra charge for pickup & delivery service (+100THB). Pickup & Delivery service charge may be added more for distant or hard to service addresses.

  • Please leave your laundry with reception/concierge desk at lobby of your location ONLY!!

    Don't forget to place LABEL on your laundry bag about these information: Sent to "DAD Laundry", Full name, Address (Room# & The name of your Hotel/Hostel/Residence) and Telephone#.

    Please select your preferred pickup date & time. 

    • SAME DAY Service: Pickup and cancelation cut off time at 11:00AM (Booking must be made earlier than 11:00AM at least two (2) hours.)
    • (IMPORTANT) Kindly select only "Asia/Bangkok (GMT+07:00)". Other time zones will NOT be avaiable so please make sure you've selected correct time zone as we're recommended.

    Your request must be made at least two (2) hours in advance for us to arrange the logistic. Pick up schedule maybe UNAVAILABLE in current date or some date, if schedule is FULLY BOOKED!!

    Please make sure that you will leave your laundry bags at Reception/Concierge desk as your scheduled. The cut off time at 11:00AM. (Our staff will collect your laundry bags at Lobby / Ground floor ONLY!!)

  • Delivery Detials

    We will deliver clean clothes to customer's place in same day before 23:00.

  • 1. Kindly leave CASH in the envelope and put inside your laundry bag before leave it with the receptionist of your Hotel/Place.

    2. Since we are PREPAID Service, we will NOT COLLECT your laundry, if you DO NOT PAY in advance. Please be informed that the delivery process will be delayed or canceled if payment method have problems.

    3. Please leave money more than enough (Laundry service charge + Pickup&Delivery charge). Ex. ฿1000, ฿2000 etc.

    4. Your change will be certainly returned together with your clothes when delivery. 

  • Total charge will email to customer later including our Bank account# for the payment. Please pay the bill before delivery date to avoid delayed of delivery process.

    IMPORTANT:

    As we are PREPAID SERVICE, customers have to pay the invoice before delivery date. Delivery processing will be delayed or canceled, if customer do not follow our information.
