Artists will be notified which vineyard they will be allocated to. Please be aware you may not be matched to your preferred option. Matching will depend on space available.

Artwork Submission Form: Members can exhibit up to five (5) framed or canvas stretch works and eight (8) unframed works.

You must be a Member of Shoalhaven Art Society (insurance purposes)

Framed Works or Canvas Stretch with D-rings and or hanging strings - $30 entry fee (total) - max 5.
Unframed Works - $20 entry fee (total) - max 8 works

Unframed works should be presented with mount, foamboard backing, and enclosed in a plastic sleeve.
Artwork delivery

You will be notified of drop-off and collection times once vineyard allocation has been completed. Dropoff will likely be on Thursday 29th or Friday 30th August, depending on Venue, and collection will be Sunday afternoon 1st Sept. Times to be confirmed after allocation.

Roster

Exhibiting artists are required to sit for one 6 hour day. Sitters will be required to pack sold artworks, coordinate sales, confirm payment is made, interact with customers, and keep the area tidy.

Sales and commission

30% of each sale will be deducted from the final payment made to artists for sold works. 15% will be retained by Shoalhaven Art Society to cover costs and 15% will be retained by the vineyard where the art is sold.

Artworks not suitable for exhibition

The Shoalhaven Art Society reserves the right to determine if artworks are suitable for exhibition. Inappropriate artworks or artworks not prepared adequately for hanging will not be exhibited.
Payment for sold artworks

Payment will transferred to artists at the within 7 days of the exhibition for all sold artworks. Please provide your bank details to enable electronic funds transfer.
