    We welcome people in period costume but Allies only - no representations of Axis powers will be allowed on site.

    If we have your details before the date you and your passengers will be issued with a pass when we check you in for free refreshments from our Scout-run "NAAFI" (e.g. tea, coffee, juice).

    Parking

    Vehicles must be parked as directed by the Marshalls and must remain parked until released for the vehicle cavalcade (if taking part) and at the close of the event unless otherwise arranged in advance.

    Health and Safety

    Drivers and their passengers must comply with any health and safety instructions issued in advance or at the event.

    Booking

    No booking is confirmed unless confirmed formally by the Town Council. Please complete the application form and return to the email address below or telephone 01536 628816 to provide full details.

    Access

    Station Road will be closed from about 10 o'clock on the morning of the event and vehicles must be parked on site by 11:30. ALL VEHICLES should enter Station Road from the High Street end (little Co-Op The event officially closes at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and vehicles will not be allowed to leave until after the official closure time unless otherwise arranged with the Town Clerk. All vehicles and any rubbish must be cleared from the site by 6pm when the road will reopen.

    Cancellation

    Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure the event takes place. The Town Council will not be responsible for any payment whatsoever for loss of income, expenses incurred, or any other purpose if the event is cancelled.
