    Court Marking: Ensuring our courts are so precise, even Rudolph couldn't make them straighter.
    Balls: Providing high-quality balls, because you can’t play pickleball with snowballs (we tried, it was a mess).

  • Get ready to jingle all the way at the most fun-filled Festival of the year!

    Join us at our Santa Slam, where we'll serve up holiday cheer and a smashing good time. Whether you're a pickleball wizard or just here for the mistletoe mischief, this event is for everyone who loves a good rally. Put on your craziest Christmas sweaters, grab your paddles, and let's sleigh the courts together! (Dress up not compulsory).

    All abilities and ages 18+ are welcome, and no experience is required.
    Enjoy fun rally’s and games whilst meeting like-minded players.
    No pressure, just fun!
    Doubles teams play randomly drawn pool games, ensuring everyone gets maximum game time.

    Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
    Limited Demo equipment is provided.
    There is a café onsite serving Coffee & Snacks and there will also be Food Trucks onsite serving up delicious meals.

    Once full payment has been received, a receipt will be issued completing the registration.
    A waiting list will be available. Players on the waiting list will be notified of an open spot and have 24 hours to register & pay.

    Refunds up to 6 October 2024. If the festival is canceled, registration fees will be refunded.

  • REGISTRATION:
    Player check-in between 8:30am & 9:00am.
    A festival briefing will be provided at 9:30am. All players to attend the briefing where logistics and play format will be discussed.
    Play begins at 10:00am & ends at 4:00pm.
    Prize giving 4:30pm

    By registering for the Festival, you consent to photographs and video being taken and used by the organisers. These may be used but not limited to social media threads and / or communications.

     

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

    By entering the Festival you agree to the following:
    • You promise to notify the organisers promptly if you become unable to attend, since the Festival will be disrupted if there are not the correct number of players.
    • Cancellation and refund requests must be made before 31st October 2024, after which registration fees are non-refundable. (Refunds will be subject to a £5 admin fee.) 
    • The Organisers have discretion to vary the format of the festival as deemed necessary, and their decision is final.
    • Promise to follow pickleball England code of conduct and uphold pickleball England values.

  • WAIVER:
    In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the Festival, you, your heirs or assigns must hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the tournament players or the organisers, its/their officers, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injuries, accidents or illness (including death) and property loss arising from participation in the Festival.

    ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
    Participation in the festival carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. These specific risks vary but include:
    1) minor injuries such as bruises, sprains or dehydration;
    2) major injuries such as eye injuries, joint, bone or back injuries, heat stroke, heart attacks and concussions;
    3) catastrophic injuries such as paralysis or death.

    You have read the previous paragraphs and know, understand and appreciate these and other risks are inherent in attending the festival.


    You assert that your participation is voluntary and that you knowingly assume all such risks. You also agree to indemnify and hold the festival harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including solicitor’s fees brought as a result of your involvement in the tournament.


    You also give the festival and its agents and designees permission to use or distribute, without limitation or obligation, your image, name, voice and words for any purpose connected with the tournament, including promotional, marketing, training, informational and archival use.
