I understand that my services are strictly voluntary and no pay will be or compensation of any kind will be given.

I understand that Friends for Paws makes every effort to place healthy animals, but that they cannot guarantee the health, breed, age or temperament of any animal.

I understand that I am required to provide proper shelter, food, water and attention to keep this animal healthy and comfortable. If this is not done, I understand that Friends for Paws has the right to remove the animal.
