Gypsiez Show Exhibitors are known for the highest standards in product and business practices. For this reason, management reserves the right to jury all booths and merchandise anytime before or during the show. It must be noted that NO un-juried merchandise, unfinished, or otherwise undesireable product will be allowed on the show floor. All booths are filled according to category basis. All other merchandise is accepted on a tenative basis. Management/jury board determines final acceptance.

5. Sales Transactions: Vendors are responsible for handling their sales transactions, including accepting cash, credit card payments, taxes or other forms of payment. It is essential to have appropriate methods of accepting payments and providing receipts to customers.
6. Customer Service and Communication: Vendors are expected to exhibit professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers. Providing accurate information, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner is the vendor's responsibility. STAY AWAKE IN YOUR BOOTH DURING YOUR SHOW!
7. Booth Security: Vendors are responsible for securing their booth and merchandise during the event. It is advisable to take necessary precautions, such as using display cases or security measures, to protect your products from theft or damage. Set-up is day before the show 10a-3p.
8. Cleanliness and Garbage Disposal: Vendors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness around their booth area and properly disposing of any waste generated during the event. Please utilize designated garbage bins and keep the surroundings tidy.
By participating as a vendor at the Gypsiez Show, you acknowledge and agree to accept full responsibility for your business operations, including compliance with laws, product liability, booth setup, sales transactions, customer service, booth security, and cleanliness.
