Late Sports Order Form

You can now place your late sports photo orders online! Do not use this form if we have not already taken your child's photos- this is only for late orders to be submitted AFTER photo day. If your organization was offered online ordering with a password to submit do not use this option- go to the "Online Ordering & Proofing with Password" option on our website instead. All late orders will automatically be charged shipping of $4.  We do not offer pick-up or delivery on late orders. Larger items may require pick-up - yard signs, banners, etc.  We will contact you if this is necessary to make arrangements. If we receive your order prior to delivery of your entire organization's photos to your booster/organization representative we will refund your shipping fee in with your order in cash. We will also refund your shipping if you only purchase the digital image via email. Products for late orders are an additional $1 per item to cover credit card processing fees. There are also several items priced higher than on our paper order form due to additional shipping costs that occur with them- photo buttons, keychains, & bogg bag charms. If we are able to deliver these items to your league we will also refund you the difference in their price in with your photos as well as your shipping charge. You can expect to receive your order approximately 2-3 weeks following your order being placed- sometimes sooner. You must submit a separate order for each player/child.
