    This survey will assist our community in developing a comprehensive Integrated Plan to redefine the future of the City of Joseph's wastewater and stormwater management programs. This process allows the City's Water Protection Division to use customer input to schedule projects that reduce compliance costs, make meaningful environmental improvements, and continue to meet our customer's needs.

  • Integrated Planning is a new process authorized by the Federal Clean Water Act.

    It allows communities to develop long-term planning strategies tailored to their needs. St. Joseph's integrated plan will prioritize wastewater and stormwater projects that protect human health and the environment, align with community priorities, meet regulatory obligations, and are affordable to the community.
