Enrollment:
You are registering for the Spring 2026 term. A partial or full payment is required at the time of registration. Please note that your child is NOT considered enrolled until payment is received.
By registering, you are enrolling for the full term. Even if you select an installment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments for the entire term unless you withdraw within the first two weeks of classes.
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in your account being sent to a collection agency, which could impact your credit.
How to withdraw:
You must send a written request by email to artofpianoplaying@outlook.com within the first two weeks of the term. Verbal notices, messages to teachers, or simply stopping attendance do not count as official withdrawal.
Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Fifty percent (50%) of the first installment payment serves as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% of the first installment payment is refundable only if the cancellation request is emailed within the first two weeks of the term.
If you paid the total term balance upfront, you will be charged only for the lessons attended and refunded the remaining balance, provided your cancellation request is submitted within the first two weeks.
No refunds, credits, or make-ups will be given for absences, illness, or behavioral dismissals. In case of emergency, a make-up may be arranged only if your school offers multiple class days and space permits.
