Cars 4 Kids is a FREE hands-on learning experience where children will engage with various stations to learn about the basics of cars. Each station will be supervised by an adult to ensure safety. Acknowledgment of Risks:
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Cars 4 Kids event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury or property damage. I understand that while safety measures will be in place, including an adult supervisor at each station, there may still be risks associated with participating in this event.

Waiver and Release of Liability:
In consideration of my child's participation in the Cars 4 Kids event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Reilly Auto Repair, its owners, employees, volunteers, or agents (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by my child, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, while participating in the event or while on the premises where the event is being conducted.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my child's participation in the event, whether caused by negligence of Releasees or otherwise.

Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Releasees to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for my child's immediate care and agree that I will be responsible for payment of any and all medical services rendered.

Photo Release:
I grant permission to Reilly Auto Repair to use photographs and/or video recordings of my child taken during the Cars 4 Kids event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and other marketing materials.

Acceptance of Terms:
I have read and understand this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I understand that by signing this agreement, I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
Digital Signature Consent: By signing electronically, I agree to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement.
