The Total Fee for teams to affiliate as a member of the MMSL for the 2024-2025 indoor season are broken down below.
This fee covers the costs of league operations, administration, facility rental, referee services and applicable GST. (note: All future league fees are subject to change without notice)

The MMSL is an affiliated Member of the Manitoba Soccer Association (MSA) and as such, all affiliated MMSL member teams must comply with the following MSA requirements:
A) Register all players on team roster. Player registration cost is $66.00 per player. (Players registered for the Outdoor season are not required to pay again)
B) Register all Club Officials on team roster. Club Official registration cost is $22.00 per Official (Coaches registered for the Outdoor season are not required to pay again).
C) Affiliate as a Member of the MSA. Team affiliation cost is $150.00. (Teams that paid this for the Outdoor season are not required to pay again)
D) Comply with/Complete the Respect in Sport certification requirements for registered Club Officials. - refer to Schedule C for information.
Registration Deadlines:
Team Registration closes - Sept 27th, 2024
Payment Deadlines:
- Oct 15th, 2024 - 1st 1/3 payment (minus deposit = $422.18)
- Nov 7th, 2024 - 2nd 1/3 payment ($1422.18)
- Dec 6th, 2024 - Final 3rd 1/3 payment ($1422.18)
All outstanding fees due - No later than Dec 15th 2024.
Note: The League reserves the right to suspend teams/cancel games should fees not be paid by Dec 15th, 2024 deadline
Please note: A late fee of $250 will be applied to all outstanding accounts unless account is paid in full or payment plan is set up with the office byt the Dec 15th deadline.

A Non Sufficient Fund fee (NSF) of $50 will be charged on all returned cheques.
The League reserves the right to cancel games (season or playoffs) or deduct points from a teams standings if a outstanding fees have not been paid within the first 9 (nine) games of the indoor soccer season.
The 2024-2025 indoor schedule will be announced after registration has been completed.
All games will be played (primarily) at the Winnipeg Soccer Federation Soccer North Building, located at 770 Leila Ave and the Winnipeg Soccer Federation Soccer South Complex – located at 211 Chancellor Matheson Road (University of Manitoba).
Game will primarily be played on Wednesdays and Sundays (typically 1 game a week). Teams may be required to play occasional game Monday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
