2024-2025 Parent Portal ID Request Form

ASCENDER Parent Portal ID Request:

New to district students will need to enroll via the Ascender Parent Portal as a new student in order to receive their Parent Portal ID (New students do not need to fill out).

Returning students will need a parent to request a student's ASCENDER Parent Portal ID Number, please fill out the form below. Students must be already enrolled in Fort Stockton Independent School District in order to have a Parent Portal ID.

Please do not fill out if you already have a Parent Portal ID or Parent Portal account set up.

All requests for Parent Portal ID will be verified via phone call, please provide a current contact phone number.

After your information has been verified a document with the Parent Portal ID will be emailed to you. You will use this ID to create your Parent Portal account and begin the registration process.

Parent Portal ID's can also be requested at the campus the student previously attended at FSISD.
