    Introduction

    Welcome to 'Hype-Truth Or Dare: Party Game' (the "App"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which is provided by an individual ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

    Eligibility

    You must be at least 17 years old to use the App as it includes adult content. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

    Subscriptions

    The App offers three types of subscription plans:

    • Weekly Subscription: $0.49 per week.
    • Monthly Subscription: $1.49 per month.
    • Yearly Subscription: $9.99 per year.

    Payment and Renewal

    • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
    • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
    • Manage Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

    Free Trial

    The App may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If you cancel a subscription during the free trial period, you will not be charged. After the free trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

    Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. You will not receive a refund for the current subscription period.

    Changes to Subscriptions

    We reserve the right to modify the subscription plans, including pricing and benefits, at any time. Any changes will be effective at the end of the current subscription period.

    Content and Usage

    • User Content: You are responsible for any content you post or share using the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content.
    • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, spamming, and uploading viruses or malicious code.

    Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
