I understand things happen and sometimes we have to make "Changes". With this form, you will be able to put in a request. If you don't see what you need changed listed, please put "other" and explain what it is in the detail box. Just because this form is filled out does not mean it can be done. All will come down to your type of booking / insurance you have. Some changes may result in a price increase / decrease so please be aware of that. Changes also take time depending on what it is, however I will communicate to you on that so you know about how long to expect. This form is to help me have all the info I need but to also keep a well organized order for request. Once recieved I will get started working on the request but I do ask 3-5 days to get back to you.  

PSA: 90% of the times you make a change the price will be different. Removing someone, adding someone, name changes, changing dates, adding a room, changing resorts etc. If a fee applies on the airlines end I will let you know.
