Parents: this application is to be completed by the Scout, but they may need some information from you. The email provided must be the scouts email and the form sends a confirmation before it can be completed.

All communication between adult leaders and scouts follows all rules of Scouting America's youth protection. The application also asks for parent contact information, and you will be copied on all messages. Please be sure Parent email is correct!

ALL PRACTICES including the training campout weekend, as well as every day of our week on the Island are mandatory for attendance. Failure to attend practices can result in your removal from the Honor Guard. A $50 non refundable deposit is required immediately upon acceptance.

Troop 111 STRICTLY follows Youth Protection communication guidelines. There will be no 1:1 communication between adults and scouts. Group Emails and a Blast Text service are used for updates and information. Parents are also included and can fill in their information later in this form.
