CONDITIONS OF TRADING:
Please be on site by 9:30am on the day of the show and leave no earlier than 3:30pm
All operators should leave the venue no later than 6pm
Payments are required in full.
All cancellations must be made in writing and any refund given is at the discretion of the organisers.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers a full refund will be made immediately.
Subletting in full or in part is not allowed.
Description of goods. All goods sold must be as described on the application form. Certain Food and drinks cannot be sold without prior written permission. Please contact us on via email to: thecarhive@mail.com
Raffles, tombolas, knives, fairground attractions, crossbows, firearms, weapons, BB guns and games of chance are not allowed.
Security- The organisers or site owners are not responsible for the safe keeping of goods or damage to any article or property whilst at the venue.
Insurance- All traders must have current third party insurance for all risks whilst attending the event and imdemnify the organisers against all claims, damages or expenses however caused. The completed booking form shall be deemed as confirmation by the trader that the necessary insurance cover has been obtained.
Fire safety- All exhibitors must be familiar with fire precautions and have a suitable risk assessment in place.
Electricity- All generators must be located within your trading area and are the responsibility of the trader. Fuel should be kept out of site and within your vehicle or trailer.
Personal injury. The organisers cannot be held responsible for any slips, trips or falls however caused. Any accident must be reported to the Site Manager immediately.
Health and safety. All exhibitors must have regard to Health and Safety matters and should have a risk assessment in place.
RESTRICTIVE SALES:All traders are not permitted to sell ALCOHOL unless they have the relevant licence to do so.
