• Sustainability Event Funding Application

  • The Office of Sustainability offers funding of up to $1,500 to support sustainability related events. Applications are reviewed by the Office of Sustainability staff and are accepted on a rolling basis.

Please submit this application as early as possible, preferably at least 6 weeks prior to the event. We cannot guarantee funding (or a review) if the application is received less than 2 weeks before the event.

Funding recipients are expected to list the NYU Office of Sustainability as a co-sponsor of the program. In order to request funding, the event should follow NYU’s Green Events Standard Checklist.

  • Event Lead(s)

  • Administrative Partner

All applicants must partner with an administrator that will support your event by accepting the transfer of funds and making all purchases and payments required. Please list the name of the administrator that will oversee funding disbursal on behalf of this event.

Download a copy of this memo, replace the event name (highlighted in yellow) with your event name, and have them review and sign the document.
