Please join us at Halloween Spooktacular, a family-friendly,
indoor trick or treating event!

Set-Up Time (preferred):	Friday, October 24th 1pm-7pm
Set-Up Time:	Saturday, October 25th 8AM-9:30AM
Breakdown Time:	Saturday, October 25th 3PM-4PM

Attendees will be admitted into the event, as long as they are in line by 2PM. Breakdown will begin at approximately 3PM or as the last attendee exits the room.

• Various city departments, businesses, and organizations passing out candy and promo items to families
• No cost to participate (please bring 2,500+ pieces of candy - if giving 1 piece per child)
• Anticipated attendance: 3,000+
• Promoting/advertising will be done by the City and vendors
• Please be respectful to all involved and stay for the entire event.
• In order to serve as many families as possible, we ask that you only pass out candy/promo items - no games, no photo ops, no sign-up sheets, no sales, etc.

The Vendor shall hold harmless City of Melbourne and Parks and Recreation, their respective officers, agents, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism, or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein whether past, present or future. Vendor assumes full liability for protecting, care, and maintenance of vendor’s property. In relation to this activity, I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for risk of injury or damage due to the negligence of the City or others; and I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the City for injury or damage; and I agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the City from any liability the City may incur due to my presence. The City is not waiving its sovereign immunity set forth in Section 768.28, Florida Statutes.
