Please check the course request page on the Scottish Gymnastics website to see the venue requirements of your course including the equipment that is required. If you are requesting a level 1, 2 or 3 course please ensure you have looked at potential dates for their assessment 3 to 4 months after the course.

I have checked that the venue we are providing has the required equipment for the course to be delivered.I will submit the venue approval form and the relevant documents to Scottish Gymnastics at least one month before the course start date and if the venue does not meet the minimum standards the course will be cancelled and learners may not be eligible for a full refund.I will organise and book the venue for the course / workshop and understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with the venue.

Preschool CPD Add on Module Only

For a preschool course, preschool gymnast and a chaperone are required at the times below to register and sign out the gymnasts before and after the course, and assist with toliet breaks & supervising the gymnasts for example throughout the sessions. Ideally this should be someone who already has a relationship with the gymnasts.

Gymnast sessions:

Day 1 (6 to 8 gymnasts): 1.45pm to 2.45pm & 3.30pm to 4.30pm

Day 2 (12 - 16 gymnasts): 1.15pm to 2pm & 2.30pm to 3.25pm
We will provide the required number of preschool gymnasts at the times above
We will provide a chaperone to assist with the preschool gymnasts
Tutor & Assessor

Have you spoken to a local tutor/assessor about delivering your course already, if so please give details below. If you have not, if the course is approved we will contact our workforce to find out if anyone would be available to deliver the course on the dates you have given.
