Eligibile shows: All shows must be on the approved list published by the Jimmy Awards. (This list will be updated throughout the year. If the show you want to do is not on the list, we can petition for a title on your behalf. The earlier you ask, the better. The review panel only meets quartlery.)

Generally speaking, any standard or school edition/version of a show is eligible. (There are exceptions.) Generally speaking, the following editions/versions are not eligible: 101 Collection (Middle School Editions), Broadway Junior, G2K (Getting to Know Series), Young Performers Edition, Young@Part, or concert versions.

The full process for registration is outlined below. If you are new to our program, we recommend reading the overview of the program on our website.
1. Register your production now with this form to reserve your place.
2. Next, you will nominate cast members for for our adjudication process. A link to the Cast Nomination form will be emailed to you automatically once you register. It comes from nmhsmta@gmail.com. Keep that email where you can find it. You will nominate individual cast members in eligible roles on that form once you have cast your show.
3. Your show will be counted as fully registered as soon as we have your completed Production Registration and Cast Nomination forms.
4. If you have a copy of your signed licensing agreement, you can upload it below or email it to us later. We are required to check proof of licensing.
5. You can register for either one or two casts of the same show, but the casts must perform as distinct units in separate performances. If you mix and match casts, we cannot guartantee that we can schedule adjudicators to see all cast members, which could affect their eligibility for our awards.
6. Pay for your registration with a credit card now or indicate how you will pay for the registration later.
7. Students you nominate are required to register at no cost to them. We do not charge students to participate.
  Student Registration Forms are sent directly to your students by email from nmhsmta@gmail.com once you nominate them on the Cast Nomination form. Be sure to tell your students that they must complete their registration forms no later than two weeks prior to your opening night.
The 2025 Enchantment Awards will be held Friday, May 2, in Popejoy Hall. The deadline to adjudicate your show is April 12, 2025.
