A petition shall be required for the Mayor and each Councilmember whose removal is sought. The petition shall be signed by qualified voters equal in number at least thirty percent (30%) of the number of qualified voters who voted in the last mayoral election, demanding the removal of a member of the City Council. The petition shall be signed in the signer's own handwriting, and contain the signer's printed name, date of birth, voter's registration number, residence address and the date of signing.

F.A.C.T seeks to recall the following:

2. Councilmember Andre Byrd
3. Councilmember Leticia Hughes
4. Councilmember Crystal Chism

However, we understand that not everyone will support the recall of every individual on the list. Therefore, on the next page, you may choose whose petition you would like to sign.
