2026 Vendor Fees:
- Full-time, $260 (21 Saturdays)
- Part-time, $180 (11 Saturdays)
- Guest $30 per day
Our market operates come rain or shine, and fees are non-refundable if we cancel due to weather. However, should there be a cancellation, we'll do our best to find you an alternative date, provided there's space available.

  - Even if you are accepted into the FVGM, approval of dates will be determined by number of vendors in same category in attendance on your preferred dates.
  - Artisans may only apply as guest vendors - max every 3 weeks.
  - If you see a missing Saturday date it's because we are maxed out on the number of vendors we can have on that day.
  - We are maxed out on April 11th for artisans.

  As a participating Vendor, I acknowledge that I have read and understand my responsibilities, conditions, and expectations as stated in the FVGM Rules (Please read the Market Rules each time you apply as they are updated regularly).By applying to be a vendor at the Fuquay-Varina Growers Market, I hereby grant the Fuquay-Varina Growers Market permission to use a photograph of myself, my employees and/or my product, including written and electronic copy, where my photo appears for the purpose of advertising, marketing, and promotion.I understand that I may be required to accept SNAP tokens and Senior FMNP vouchers as forms of payment.As a participating Vendor, I acknowledge that will will contact the market manager at least 48 hours prior if I am not able to attend a given market date. I understand that I will lose my vendor status for the season after 2 no-shows/late arrivals.I understand that my status as vendor for the Fuquay-Varina Growers Market will be terminated for violation of the Guidelines and Code of Contact.I acknowledge the authority of the Market Manager to immediately settle any disputes regarding product legitimacy, procedural, and vendor conduct violations.I agree to submit my end-of-season sales total for REPORTING purposes. I understand that this information will remain confidential and failure to submit will make me ineligible to participate in the next season.Vendors assume all liability arising from the sale or use of their products, displays, tables, equipment, and other items that are sold or used on the property of the market and hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sownhay, Inc. DBA Fuquay-Varina Growers Market, the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce, the Poe Center for Health Education, and other vendors from any and all liabilities, claims, losses, costs, damages, or expenses (including the cost and expense of defending any claim) arising or alleged to arise out of vendors’ sale or use of its products or property at the market.
