You are able to purchase our full suite of products, which includes Two-way messaging, Online Consultations and Information collection.

The pricing is based on the size of your organisation (using clinical Full Time Equivalents as a proxy). Please note the Annual Licence Fee does not include VAT and SMS Costs.

Once you enter your clinical FTEs, the form will generate a price for you.

*Excludes SMS Costs which will be invoiced separately and charged using the direct debit details provided. SMS Costs are calculated based on fragment usage, where a fragment is 160 characters of text and on average, one Accurx text is made up of 2.3 fragments. For Accurx orders covering a Patient population of less than 100,000, SMS Costs are payable for SMS Fragments sent the previous calendar month at 2.25p plus VAT per fragment (if paid by Direct Debit) or 2.35p plus VAT per fragment (if not paid by Direct Debit).

Your Direct Debit will be set up once the Order Form has been submitted. Licence Fees and SMS Costs will be collected by Direct Debit. Please specify if your Trust would like to pay Licence Fees annually or monthly. Please note that SMS Costs are charged monthly in arrears.
The Direct Debit Guarantee
- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit GC re Accurx Ltd will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request GC re Accurx Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of request
- If an errors is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by GC re Accurx Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when GC re Accurx Ltd asks you to.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
