    • Half Page Ads are 7" X 5" inches and cost ................... $150.00

      • 1 - Inside Front Cover Ad 8" X 10" inches ............ $500.00
      • 1 - Inside Back Cover Ad 8" X 10" inches ............. $500.00
      • 1 - Outside Back Ad 8" X 10" inches .................... $700.00                       (for Corporate Sponsor Only)

    Advertising Guidelines

    1. Please submit each ad separately
    2. Be sure the ad is sized properly according to your ad purchase and ad selection of this form
    3. All Ads Should Be Camera Ready
    4. Only JPG and PDF Files will be accepted
    5. Scanned pictures/documents require 300-600 dpi to avoid distortion of images.
      NOTE: Do Not combine two half page ads to complete a Full Page ad. (Half Page Ads must be paid for and submitted separately.
