Mapping the Vital Conditions in the IE

To better understand the landscape of organizations working to improve the lives of their residents, we are conducting a survey to identify organizations working across the vital initiatives in the IE. Ultimately, our goal is to create a comprehensive mapping tool that will empower organizations to collaborate, share resources, and collectively address the seven vital conditions for community well-being.
