    Just like a hotel, we are going to collect some information about you and present our Terms & Conditions. We do this to ensure guest safety and verify each reservation. 

    Part of our verification process is to match the name on the reservation with the name on the card for incidentals and the name on the ID presented. Before proceeding, please make sure all your information matches. If not, there may be additional verification steps required. 

    The average completion time for this form is approximately 5 minutes. You will need your credit card, photo ID, and a device with a camera. It is easiest to complete this form on a tablet or smartphone.

  • Pet Guest Fee Information

  • Yes, we are pet-friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. If approved, there is an additional monthly “pet guest” fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet guest fees will be added to your reservation manually and charged after your Check-in & Lodging Agreement form is processed. Pet guest fees are not included in the original reservation price or room rate.

    • Studio Apartments: $35
    • 1-bedroom Apartments: $55
    • 2-bedroom Apartments: $75
    • 3-bedroom Apartment: $100

    We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. If your apartment receives cleanings during your stay, your pet will have to be put up or removed from the apartment during the cleaning. If your pet has an accident during your stay, please notify us immediately, so we can take appropriate action. You are responsible for any damage, soiling or hair that the pet(s) may cause or leave.

    Please choose one of the following options to provide us details of the credit card used to make the reservation. If you made the reservation yourself, please select the first option. If the reservation was made for you by someone else, please select the second option.
  • Incidental Card Details

  • Just like a hotel, we need to have a credit card on file just in case anything happens or changes during your stay. Unlike a hotel, we do not collect a deposit or hold any money from the card during your stay.

    By selecting one of the options, you are certifying that you are the authorized user of the card details provided.

    • If you booked directly with BCA Furnished Apartments you have the option to either use the same card used to create the reservation or provide a different card. 
    • If you booked through a booking website, or the booking was made on your behalf, you will need to provide us with a valid card to keep on file.

  • BCA Funished Apartments Policies and Terms

    We frequently host law enforcement personnel and regularly have uniformed K9 Units onsite. They have full property access and the authority to enforce our House Rules. If you see him, please feel free to say “Hi” but please do not approach or try to pet the dog.
     

    • Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later on your arrival date.
    • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on your departure date.
    • If you booked directly with BCA: Changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by BCA. Lack of confirmation indicates the request hasn't been processed.
    • If you booked through an Online Travel Agent: Contact them for any changes or cancellations.
    • Change and Cancellation Policy (direct bookings with BCA, excluding Non-refundable Rates):
      • Cancelled > 7 days prior to arrival: No penalty.
      • Cancelled within 7 days of arrival or "No-Show": No refund, charged for the entire stay.
      • Rates are subject to change upon reservation modification.
    • I will comply with all posted House Rules in my apartment including being mindful and respectful of noise during quiet hours.
    • I am responsible for any and all damage caused by my stay as outlined in the terms and conditions. I will notify a property manager if I notice anything broken or missing in my apartment when I arrive.
    • This is a 100% Smoke-Free property. Environmental Fees will be assessed for signs or odor of smoking of any type (cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana or anything else) in the home or around the property.
    • I agree to allow BCA to verify my identity and perform criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason in order to protect its property, staff and guests. Any fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported to the police immediately.
    • By providing your email address and phone number during reservation, inquiry, or through our property listings or social media, you consent to BCA adding them to our user database and mailing list. You may receive promotional emails and texts regarding your stay from BCA or our properties, but you can opt-out anytime by clicking "unsubscribe."
    • Spectacular Apartments Only - There is a $150 fee for each lockout site visit due to lost/damaged keys/cards. Additional lost/damaged fees are $50 for each door key, $150 for each access card/fob and $150 fee for each garage-RFID-card.
