  • Confidential Information Protection is a top priority. As an employee, you may work at client sites after hours and could unintentionally encounter confidential or proprietary information, such as work in progress or patient data. However, this information is not necessary for you to perform your duties, and sharing it is strictly prohibited.

    Disclosing such information could lead to immediate termination and potential legal consequences under local, state, or federal laws.

    Leads are responsible for ensuring their team’s compliance, and all staff members are accountable for their own adherence to this policy.

  • We may obtain a "consumer report" about you from a reporting agency for employment purposes. This report may include details on your criminal, credit, driving, education, and employment history, as well as professional licenses and personal identifiers. It may relate to your character, reputation, and lifestyle. "Employment purposes" includes evaluating you for employment, promotion, reassignment, or retention, and may apply to employees, contractors, agents, or volunteers.

  • If an employee voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 60 days of employment, they will be responsible for reimbursing the company for the costs incurred for their initial onboarding, including but not limited to the expenses of employee badging and background checks. The total amount will be deducted from their final paycheck. By accepting employment, the employee acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
