Adult Confirmation (have been Baptized in the Catholic Church previously): Attendance is crucial for receiving the sacraments, 2 or more unexcused absences will delay the reception of sacraments. Attend mass weekly and on Holy Day's of Obligation are mandatory. Reception of sacraments is based on readiness, spiritual development and overall knowledge of the faith. Registrations are incomplete until ALL appropriate certificates/documents are turned in. If you are participating via zoom you must have your screen on for the entire zoom session and be active in class discussions.
RCIA (have not been previously Baptized): Attendance is crucial for receiving the sacraments, 2 or more unexcused absences will delay the reception of the sacraments. RCIA is a one year program based on readiness, spiritual development and overall knowledge of the faith. If RCIA student is a candidate (has a previous valid Baptism- outside of the Catholic Church) then student will participate in Dismissals, Profession of Faith & Easter Vigil. If student is an RCIA Catechumen (no previous Baptism) then student will participate in Rite of Acceptance, Rite of Election, Dismissals, Scrutinies and Easter Vigil.
