  • STATEMENT OF WORK
SPOKANE PUBLIC LIBRARY/THRIVE INTERNATIONAL NEVADA PROPERTY

We are so excited to work with you to create this new story, brand, look and feel for the "Nevada Property" and this amazing partnership and idea between Spokane Public LIbrarires and Thrive. While we love all of our projects, this one really does get us even more exctied.

At H with R, we believe in a collaborative process that involves our clients every step of the way. Our approach involves a deep understanding of your dreams, your values, and your vision.

Our design process is pretty simple: we get all the input we feel we need from you and we start down the trail of marinating, creating, and finding inspiration wherever we can. If we need more feedback, we'll get it, otherwise, we will work to present you with our top 3 choices of names and rough logo ideas.

Once we're dialed in with the name, we will present you with 3 of our top logo ideas for that name and once we're dialed in on that, we'll start buidling on the rest of the branding guide, which will include all deliverables.

In short, a name, id, and story that perfectly encapsulates this amazing project, including the partnership between Thrive and Spokane Public Libraries and something worthy of being the destination and home that it will be.

    AMENDMENTS & FEEDBACK

When our initial logo designs are presented to you, we will explain the design decisions that have been made. At this point, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications if required. We provide five rounds of revisions.

In the unlikely event that additional revisions are required beyond this, they will be charged at a cost of $250 per revision round, and will be added to the final invoice.

    CANCELLATION DURING PROJECT

If you choose to cancel the project midway through the project, where ideas and proposals have been submitted, refunds of previous payments are not possible.

If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a portion of the overall budget will be returned. In most cases, the complete amount will be refunded. If the work completed so far can be used for another designer to pick up, then a percentage will be refunded based on the work completed, or any other reasonable suggestion will be considered.

    PROJECT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to suspend any project if a client interferes with excessive micromanaging, demonstrates a continued lack of trust and inability to move forward after showing more than a reasonable number of unique logo ideas/concepts, and/or shows reluctance in paying the final payment.

Fair notice will be given with a fair chance to remedy the situation without resorting to project suspension or termination. Any suspension or termination will not result in any refunds.

    NO COMMUNICATION POLICY

We have a policy that after 30 days of no communication from you, we will terminate the project, and it will be considered canceled.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are always open to listening and understanding your position. We will do our best to help whenever we can, but we require consistent communication to ensure the success of the project.
