Global Medicare will process your personal data for an open recruitment process or to manage your application for a position in our company, the basis of legitimacy being pre-contractual. You undertake to provide us only with correct data and to inform us of their rectification in order to keep them up to date. Your CV will be kept for a period of one year, after which it will be destroyed. If we are interested in keeping your CV, we will block it and we will consider you for other selection processes on the basis of legitimate interest. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, of limitation and opposition to their processing, as well as not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data, where appropriate, by sending an e-mail to info@globalmedicare.ch.
