For your FRIEND Wall we have a few options for the cable entrance and some important pointers for wall preparation. (Please keep in mind that these cable preparations have to be done by you or your interior builder before we install your QIOX) Select your preferred option in the next question.

Which option do you prefer for cable entrance?
Option 1 - Cables from the wall into the back of the kiosk.
Option 2 - Cables from an internet & power point within 2 meters from the QIOX.

Important for your wall preparation: Make sure the wall where the QIOX will be installed is flat and smooth.We cannot install your wall kiosk on a paneled wall, for example. If you are not sure if your situation is suitable, you can always call our support helpdesk to evaluate your situation.

To keep the QIOX(s) in optimal condition our advice is:

1. Turn off your QIOX systems once a week.

2. Each QIOX requires 1250 watts from a power group. Please ensure you do not exceed the maximum power allowed for a single power group at your establishment.
