In-Town Transportation Route Registration Form
Please use this form to register a rider(s) for SWITA's student transportation. Each rider needs a form filled out every school year--so if you did this last year, we do need you to do this again.

If you have problems with this online form or cannot pay via card or Paypal/Venmo, please come to the office at 1501 SW 7th St., Atlantic, IA 50022 or call the office at 712-243-2518 to register.

If you have a Headstart student, do not register via this form--talk with your Headstart school and they will register you directly with us.

K-12 registration to ride deadlines are as follows: If students are registered and paid by Midnight on Friday, August 18th then they can ride the first day of school Monday, August 25th. Once school starts, any registrations thereafter the rest of the school year will be able to ride after 2 business days following completion of registration and payment received.

Preschool registration to ride deadlines are one week from school start date (Whatever start date may be). Once classes have started any registrations thereafter the rest of the school year will be able to ride after 2 business days following completion of registration and payment received.

Because of the volume of registrations, we encourage registration as soon as possible to allow our team to develop routes.

All riders agree to our passenger code of conduct which a full copy of can be downloaded at www.swita.com/how-to-ride/policies/

Once you are registered, you do not have to go through this process again to add funds to your student's account. Simply go to "Make a Payment" at the very top of www.swita.com and you can add funds there.
