In-Town Transportation Route Registration Form
Please use this form to register a rider(s) for SWITA's student transportation. Each rider needs a form filled out every school year--so if you did this last year, we do need you to do this again.

If you have problems with this online form or cannot pay via card or Paypal/Venmo, please come to the office at 1501 SW 7th St., Atlantic, IA 50022 or call the office at 712-243-2518 to register.

If you have a Headstart student, do not register via this form--talk with your Headstart school and they will register you directly with us.

K-12 registration to ride deadlines are as follows: If students are registered by Midnight on Sunday, August 18th then they can ride the first day of school Friday, August 23rd. if registered after the 18th by Midnight on Wednesday, August 21st then they can ride starting Monday, August 26th. If registered after the 21st by Noon on Friday, August 30th they can ride Monday, September 3rd. Any registrations thereafter the rest of the school year will need to register by Noon on Friday to be able to ride the following Monday, with the only exception being if it's already an existing stop then they would be able to ride within 2 business days.

Preschool registration to ride deadlines are as follows: If students are registered by Noon on Friday, August 23rd they can ride the first day September 3rd or 4th (Whatever start date may be). If registered between Saturday, August 24th and Friday, September 6th then they will be able to ride starting Monday, September 9th.

Because of the volume of registrations, we encourage registration as soon as possible to allow our team to develop routes.

Once you are registered, you do not have to go through this process again to add funds to your student's account. Simply go to "Make a Payment" at the very top of www.swita.com and you can add funds there.
