In consideration of being permitted to enter upon the property of CJ3 Farms, LLC "The Fort" located in and around Lake County, Florida (hereinafter "Premises"), and being allowed to participate in activities, including but not limited Agritourism activities as defined in Florida Statutes 570.961, on the Premises, and for other good and valuable consideration, “Releasor” as printed below, intending to be legally bound for Releasor, and for each of Releasor's spouse, legal representative, heirs, officers, directors, members, managers, shareholders, agents, partners, employees, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasing Parties”), HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND CONVENANTS NOT TO SUE CJ3 Farms, LLC; The Richard Jeppesen Charitable Trust; Joshua Jeppesen; and affiliates (collectively, “Releases”), individually and collectively, and all of their members, managers, employees, appointees, agents, contractors, and sub-contractors, from any and all liability to the Releasor and the Releasing Parties, for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to Releasor's or any of the Releasing Parties’ person or property, including injury resulting in death of the Releasor and any Releasing Party, whether caused by the negligence of any one or more of Releases or their affiliated parties or otherwise while the Releasor is on the Premises. Releasor agrees to INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND DEFEND the Releases and any of their affiliated parties against any claim, loss, liability, damage or cost which each of them may incur due to the entry or presence, of Releasor on the Premises. Releasor expressly agrees that this General Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law, and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, not with standing any such invalidity, continue in full force and effect.

I understand that in the event medical intervention is needed, I hereby authorize any medical treatment, first aid, assistance, emergency first aid, surgical procedure or dental assistance and hereby authorize the dispensation of or injection of anesthesia, medicines, x-rays, or surgery as deemed necessary by any attending emergency personnel. The undersigned, individually and on behalf of my minor (if applicable), shall be liable and agrees to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such medical and dental services rendered pursuant to this authorization. I hereby acknowledge and agree that that the Releases shall have no duty, obligation or liability arising out of the provision of, or failure to provide, medical treatment.

I understand in the event that any damage to equipment or facilities occurs as a result, willful actions, neglect or recklessness, I acknowledge and agree to be held liable for any and all cost associated with any actions of neglect or recklessness.

Under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location is such an injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among other, risks of injury inherent to the land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury, death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. Chapter 2013-179, Section 570.961.
