    Provided through Maryville College Center for Community Engagement. Applications reviewed by the Community Engaged Scholars Leadership Team.
  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the student leadership team of the Community Engaged Scholars Program.

    Proposals must be submitted at least one month before the funds are requested in order to be considered. Generally, purchases are made by the Center for Community Engagement on behalf of the grantee, however in some cases a check will be written to the grantee for the approved amount. In this case, additional paperwork and documentation will be required. 

     

    A PDF copy of the application is attached below for your reference to understand what questions you will be asked. Please know that you must still submit the online form for your proposal to be considered.

  • Each grantee will be required to submit an End of Project Report. More information on those requirements will be sent to grantees upon proposal approval.

    Completed Grants are reviewed on a rolling basis, usually the last week of the following months: August, September, October, and November in the Fall Semester. January, February, and March in the Spring Semester. There should also be adequate purchasing time accounted for, especially if ordering from an online retailer. Requests must be made at least one month in advance of date needed in order to be considered.
