Terms and Conditions
All bookings will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/booking fee to secure an appointment with an artist. Please read our deposit policies PRIOR to requesting booking HERE.
•I have reviewed the artist's portfolio and understand that artists prefer to book ideas that are in their area of interest and/or ability.
•I understand the artist will be creating a custom design based on the ideas & concepts that I've submitted. I agree to allow the artist creative freedom.
•I acknowledge that the design concept is subjective and that if the design is not to my liking, minor changes can be made at the artists discretion.
•I understand that a complete change of design or major revisions to the draft may require a new deposit, and the original deposit or portion of may be forfeited as payment for the artist's drawing time.
•I understand some artists prefer not to tattoo certain body areas such as: faces, hands, toes, ears, genitalia, etc.
•I understand an artist has the right to refuse service to anyone if they violate any studio or state policies, come without proper ID, are intoxicated, or engage in any disruptive behavior. In addition, we do not tattoo anyone pregnant or currently nursing.
•I acknowledge that due to the volume of requests that not all inquiries will be accepted for booking. If I am not chosen for booking, I am welcome to choose another artist at the studio to discuss my concept with.
