  • WHAT: facilitated by dance artiste J (aka DancesWithSpirit) Slow Dance Jam is an invitation to slow down, connect with our bodies, commune with Spirit and love on our selves. This is suitable for all genders/body types/physical ability and no experience of dance is required. Whether you're a trained dancer or think you have "two left feet", this space is for you!

    Including:

    - guided breathing

    - slow stretching

    - crip friendly seated movement.

    The meeting will not be recorded but cameras on is required during the first segment.

    DATE: 16 May 2025 dates

    TIME: 10pm-11:30pm BST, 5pm-6:30pm EST

    WHO: exclusively for Black and mixed-race Black adults (18+). The space will prioritise the wellbeing and experiences of those who are Disabled and/or chronically ill, women/transfeminine people and TLGBQ+ folx, particularly those isolated by the ongoing Covid19 pandemic.

    WHY: Dance is the ultimate medicine for the soul and reclaiming our time, bodies and breath is reparations.

    HOW MUCH: Tickets are pay what you can from £4.44 with free tickets available for anyone who needs one (no questions asked).
