Use this form to:
- Share details about your upcoming Service Unit Recruitment Event
- Share details about an upcoming event your attending
- Order promotional supplies (flyers, stickers, pencils, etc.)
- Request Fill-A-Troop supplies to support troop formation
Supplies are provided at no cost to volunteers!

Please note: Yard signs and banners must be picked up at the service center of your choice.

Submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for processing and shipping.

If you’re hosting an event for 20 people, please don’t order for 200 — this helps ensure we have enough materials for everyone across the council.

How many Girl promo business sized cards would you like? (25 in a bundle, max 100 per order)
How many Volunteer promo business sized cards would you like? (25 in a bundle, max 100 per order)
Branded Girl Scout themed invite a friend party invitations (can be handwritten on the inside). 10 in a bundle, max 5 per order How many invitations would you like? Current Girl Scout use these to invite friends to join!
How many stickers would you like? Each stack is 50 stickers. Limit is 4 stacks/200 per order. .
How many GSNEO pencils? (25 in a bundle, max 200 per order)
How many bookmarks? (50 in a bundle, max 200 per order)
How many Halloween bookmarks? (50 in a bundle, max 200 per order)
How many Why Girl Scouts flyer? (max 20 sheets per order)
How many Volunteer Recruitment flyers? (max 20 sheets per order)
How many flag sticker label sheets would you like printed? (20 stickers per sheet, max 10 sheets per order) These stickers are for suckers and/or pencils. Great for parades!

They will need to be picked up at any GSNEO service center and may require longer processing time. The more notice you can give, the better for us to help you!

Yard signs are not customizable. If you have questions or need help with a graphic design piece, please reach out to marketing@gsneo.org for help and/or approval.

There is no guarantee that they will be able to create a custom piece.
How many would you use? No guarantee that we can accommodate large amounts, but we will do our best!
Where will these signs be placed? If you are wanting more than 20, please reach out to your Recruitment Coorinator so we can better understand your plan with them. Thank you.

Banners
Do you need banners for your event?*

They will need to be picked up at any GSNEO service center and may require longer processing time. The more notice you can give, the better for us to help you!

Banners are not customizable.

**Banners will need to be returned within a week after the event so other service units are able to borrow as well. We have limited amount of banners and have to use our resources wisely.
Failure to return the banner will result in charges to your troop or service unit. Please acknowledge you understand this.*
