Personal Training sessions are closed workout sessions with Coach Elijah, our current professional boxer and strength and conditioning coach. Boxing personal training can help you improve your boxing skills, fitness, and overall well-being. Coach Elijah can create a customized workout plan based on your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and physical limitations. Coach Elijah will also provide real-time feedback to help you develop proper punching, blocking, and moving techniques.
Sessions are $50, and payment options will be provided during your first workout.
