  • Personal Training sessions are private workout sessions with Coach Elijah Seawright, professional boxer and strength conditioning coach. Personal training using boxing techniques can help you improve boxing skills, improve movement, flexibility, agility, and cardio for other sports, enhance fitness strength and IQ, and overall well-being. Coach Elijah wI'll create a customized workout plan based on your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and physical limitations. Coach Elijah will also provide real-time feedback to help you develop proper punching, blocking, and moving techniques.

    Sessions are $50, and payment options will be provided during your first workout.

    Once this form is submitted, Coach Elijah will contact you via phone or email, or you can stop by the gym on Wednesdays from 1pm to 5pm to speak in person. No need to set up an appointment.
