D&E is currently searching for an AI Trainer. The AI Trainer will focus on designing learning bites for our DiverseU Platform. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, strategic thinker, and creative individual with a user-centric approach to designing core training, including presentations, workbooks, handouts, and facilitator guides.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, human-centered learning experiences that can be measured against behavioral changes.
- Produce visual communications to clarify and align with the learning experience, e.g., journey and experience maps, service blueprints, interaction models, etc.
- Design content, including (but not limited to) measurable learning objectives, facilitator and participant materials and tools, experiential scenarios (case studies) and simulations, and assessment and evaluation questions.
- Utilize adult development and adult learning theory to design for the learner at the center of the evolution (meet the learner where they are).
- Develop online learning solutions that blend creativity, storytelling, and engagement.
- Add or edit multimedia assets to content, including images, audio and video clips, animation, and other multimedia content.
- Collaborate and consult with the project lead to support material development needs when applicable.
eLearning Design and Development:
- Ability to exercise knowledge and expertise to determine the best learning solution approaches.
- Manage projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment while delivering high-quality work on time.
Qualifications:
- AI literate with experience in at least 5 AI tools
- Design Thinking/User-Centric approach to solution design and implementation.
- Experience building in Articulate.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and on a team.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to create action plans that result in achieving goals.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on projects quickly with little oversight.
- Experience developing training modules requiring technical writing/regulatory content.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and build trusted partnerships.
