AI Consultant & Trainer – Bench Role

Location: New Jersey–Based | Hybrid (in-office + on-site client hours as needed)

We are seeking an AI Consultant & Trainer to join our bench — meaning you’ll be part of our talent pool, engaged on an as-needed basis for client projects. This role is ideal for a highly skilled AI trainer and consultant who thrives in hybrid work environments, can work with non-technical audiences, and is passionate about helping organizations integrate AI into everyday workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver hands-on AI training to non-technical professionals, focusing on practical, everyday applications of AI tools.
• Conduct workflow assessments to evaluate how individuals and teams are using AI.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and recommend AI-driven improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Design and deliver engaging training content (presentations, workbooks, handouts, and facilitator guides) tailored to client needs.
• Demonstrate multiple AI tools and use cases relevant to participants’ industries and roles.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure AI adoption strategies align with organizational culture and goals.
• Provide follow-up support and resources to sustain learning and adoption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI training to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with at least 5 AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gamma, Claude, Midjourney, Microsoft Copilot).
• Strong workflow analysis and process improvement skills.
• Ability to create engaging, user-centered training materials.
• Skilled in facilitation, with the ability to adapt content to various learning styles.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (some client-site and in-office hours required).
• Local to New Jersey.

Engagement Details
• Bench Role: This is not a full-time or part-time permanent position (role has potential to evolve into part-time or full-time based on performance and client demand). Work is assigned on a project basis depending on client needs.
• Hybrid: Some in-office hours in New Jersey and some on-site client hours are required.
• Travel: May be required to client sites within the region.
