Diverse & Engaged (D&E) is an award-winning leadership development and DE&I consulting practice. D&E provides advisory and consulting services to F500 companies as a diversity resource to build their diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, programs, and initiatives. 
 
We seek an experienced and passionate Coach to co-facilitate our group program with Leaders. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to personal development and a proven track record of business owners scaling their company. You will work closely with clients to identify their goals, develop actionable plans, and provide the support and accountability necessary to achieve meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee group coaching program and/or co-facilitate program.  
• Conduct group coaching sessions with clients to explore their goals, challenges, and aspirations. 
• Employ various coaching techniques and tools to facilitate client self-discovery and business growth. 
• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement. 
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, tracking progress and outcomes. 
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to maintain and enhance the program. 
• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment that encourages client openness and trust.   

Qualifications:

• ICF Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is required. 
• Proven experience as a life coach, preferably focusing on leadership and executive coaching.  
• Strong understanding of coaching principles, methodologies, and best practices. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 
• Ability to listen actively, ask powerful questions, and provide insightful feedback. 
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a diverse client caseload. 
• Must have experience with managing project timelines and deliverables.  
• Must have comfort level using all online tools not limited to Asana, Slack, Poll everywhere, Jotform, Google Forms, etc.  

Preferred Skills

• AI Literate in at least 3 AI Tools  
• Experience in administering at least one leadership assessment.  
  Skilled in engaging clients and supporting them. 
• Experience in research.  
• Ability to facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops.
