SALSA IN THE PARK REGISTRATION & APPLICATION

GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION:

1. 10X10 FT SPACE - VENDOR MUST BRING THEIR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS, TENT (IF DESIRED), EXTENSION CORDS, LIGHTING, OR GENERATOR (IF NEEDED)
2. ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PAYMENT IN FULL ONLINE.
3. FOOD VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A TEMPORARY STATE FOOD PERMIT APPLICATION.
4. VENDOR SPACES ARE LIMITED AND ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
5. APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SEPT 1, 2024 TO SECURE SPACE, IF SPACES ARE STILL AVAILABLE.
6. WE ARE A NON-PROFIT 501C 3 ORG, DONATIONS ARE TAX-FREE DEDUCTIONS
7. AVERAGE ATTENDANCE AT THIS EVENT IS 500 OF LOCAL COMMUNITY FAMILIES.
8. SECURITY AND POLICE ARE ALWAYS PRESENT
9. VENDOR SET UP BEGINS 11 AM, VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO BE SET UP BY 12:30PM. 
10. VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO STAY OPEN UNTIL EVENT ENDS AAT 6PM. 
11. ALL VENDORS MUST BE CLEANED UP BY 7:00PM
12. VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ALCOHOLIC OR NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS OR BEVERAGES TO INCLUDE SODA/WATER)

RAIN DATE SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY SEPT 22, 2024.  NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN SINCE A RAIN DATE IS APPROVED IF MOVED. 

It is understood that if this is a "Rain or Shine" event, Roberto Clemente reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to our staff, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. Money will not be refunded in the event the Salsa in the Park is cancelled due to the inclement weather or safety. We do continue the event during regular rain days as we are under cover at the location.
