We are seeking experienced and passionate ICF-certified coaches to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to personal development and a proven track record of helping clients achieve significant life changes. You will work closely with clients to identify their goals, develop actionable plans, and provide the support and accountability necessary to achieve meaningful results. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions with clients to explore their goals, challenges, and aspirations. 
• Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances. 
• Utilize ICF coaching competencies and ethical standards to guide clients through transformative processes. 
• Employ various coaching techniques and tools to facilitate client self-discovery and growth. 
• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement. 
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, tracking progress and outcomes. 
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to maintain and enhance coaching skills. 
• Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment that encourages client openness and trust. 
   

Qualifications:

• ICF Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is required. 
• Proven experience as a life coach, preferably focusing on leadership and executive coaching.  
• Strong understanding of coaching principles, methodologies, and best practices. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 
• Ability to listen actively, ask powerful questions, and provide insightful feedback. 
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a diverse client caseload. 
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ICF ethical standards. 
• Proficiency in using coaching software and virtual meeting platforms is a plus. 

Preferred Skills

• AI Literate in at least 3 AI Tools  
• Extensive experience in administering comprehensive 360-degree leadership assessments, personality assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and similar tools. 
• Skilled in guiding clients through the feedback process, interpreting results, and using insights to develop targeted personal and professional development plans. 
• Proficient in ensuring the confidentiality and accuracy of assessments, fostering a supportive environment for client growth and self-awareness. 
• Experience in the DE&I field. 
• Experience working with diverse populations. 
• Ability to facilitate group coaching sessions and workshops.
