Parents or Guardians:
Completely fill out all forms; registration, transportation, media
Any changes inform staff so forms may be undatedIf someone other than person listed on registration form are going to pick-up your
child, call to inform of change (numbers listed below)
Drop off and pick up child at stated opening and closing times
If child is not picked up on time (five minutes late) staff will call you
**If child is consistently (three times) not picked up on time – staff will have a
conversation with you about expectations and consequences of late pick up
All electronic devices will be turned in during Friday Bible Adventure time (9:00-
12:00) This is to ensure that the devices are safe.
Support all staff regarding expectations for children
Children:
Follow all staff requests first time given
Treat staff and colleagues with respect
Stay in designated areas
Turn in all electronic devices during Friday Bible Adventure time
