Our custom & cakes book 4-6 weeks in advance. This form is for a BASIC CAKE only. A minimum of 48 hours if required but if the date is availabel you can book it.

It will include only 1 name cookie - I will not have the time to make additional cookies or age cookies.

You get to customize the cake by picking:
- One (1) color for the base color of the cake
- One (1) color for the drip of the cake
- One (1) color for the frosting of the cake

Cake: Brown rice flour, cage-free eggs, organic peanut butter, coconut oil, baking powder, baking soda, lactose-free milk

Name Cookie: Pumpkin, peanut butter, coconut flour, chickpea flour, eggs.

Cake Frosting: Milk solids, yogurt powder, tapioca starch, coconut milk powder, tapioca maltodextrin, coconut flour.

Yes, I understand there are no refunds and I will need to pickup my cake in SURPRISE off 303 and Cactus. If you prefer, you can schedule an Uber delivery and I can have it ready for them to pickup but that will be a cost of the Customer.
